沈陽建筑大學土木工程學院是學校建立伊始就設立的教學單位之一，始稱建筑工程系，1993年更名為土木工程系，2002年12月更名為土木工程學院。經(jīng)過50余年的建設和發(fā)展，已從單一的工業(yè)與民用建筑專業(yè)，發(fā)展成為具有6個系、9個教研室、6個實驗室、10個研究所和1個工程公司，以及4個本科專業(yè)，1個一級學科碩士點、7個二級學科碩士點，1個二級學科聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士點的綜合性學院。　　6個系分別是：結(jié)構(gòu)工程系、工程力學系、路橋工程系、測繪工程系、地下工程系、安全工程系，其中，結(jié)構(gòu)工程系下設混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震、施工與管理4個教研室和1個工程結(jié)構(gòu)實驗室。工程力學系設工程力學教研室和工程力學實驗室，路橋工程系設道橋工程教研室和道路與橋梁實驗室，測繪工程系設測繪工程教研室和測繪工程實驗室。地下工程系設基礎工程教研室和巖土工程實驗室，安全工程系安全工程教研室和安全工程實驗室?！　〗Y(jié)構(gòu)工程實驗室是建設部和遼寧省重點實驗室；結(jié)構(gòu)工程實驗室、巖土與道路實驗室為遼寧省高校重點實驗室；工程力學與結(jié)構(gòu)實驗中心被評為省級實驗教學示范中心?！　?0個研究所分別是：結(jié)構(gòu)工程研究所、防災減災與防護工程研究所、巖土工程研究所、工程力學研究所、道路工程研究所、橋梁與隧道工程研究所、結(jié)構(gòu)檢測與加固技術研究所、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程研究所、工程測量研究所、建筑安全研究所。沈陽建筑大學建筑科技發(fā)展工程公司除正常經(jīng)營之外，還為教師提供了產(chǎn)、學、研相結(jié)合的平臺，并為教學提供了實踐和實訓基地。　　4個本科專業(yè)分別是：土木工程、理論與應用力學（理科）、測繪工程、安全工程4個本科專業(yè)?！　⊥聊竟こ虨橐患壌T士學位授予權(quán)學科。7個二級學科碩士點分別是結(jié)構(gòu)工程、防災減災工程及防護工程、巖土工程、橋梁與隧道工程，固體力學、道路與鐵道工程、工程力學。同時，在“建筑與土木工程”和“交通運輸工程”2領域招收工程碩士研究生?！　〗Y(jié)構(gòu)工程學科是國家建設部和遼寧省重點學科，是經(jīng)國家教育部批準的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士點，具有招收國內(nèi)訪問學者資格?！　〗陙恚趯W校黨委和行政的領導下，學院遵循“三個堅持、三個圍繞、二個提高和一個培養(yǎng)”的辦學思想，以學科建設為龍頭，加強師資隊伍建設，深化教學改革，規(guī)范教學管理，不斷提高教育教學質(zhì)量，學院面貌日新月異，學術交流空前活躍，辦學實力不斷增強。學院有教職工126人，其中專任教師97人。專任教師中，有教授25人、副教授31人，具有博士學位教師33人，在讀博士17人。學院享受政府特殊津貼2人，全國土木工程專業(yè)教學指導委員會委員1人，獲得遼寧省教學名師獎1人，省青年骨干教師4人。在遼寧省百千萬人才工程中，4人入選百人層次，5人入選千人層次。教師中有博士研究生導師6人，碩士研究生導師48人。廣大教師愛崗敬業(yè)，教書育人，多人次榮獲國家、省、市、校教師、科技工作者等先進稱號?！　W院辦學規(guī)模不斷擴大，綜合辦學實力不斷增強。目前學院在冊學生2090人，其中本科生1730人，博士與碩士研究生360人，同時，還承擔培養(yǎng)外國留學生的任務。土木工程專業(yè)分別于1997年、2002年、2007年通過了全國土木工程專業(yè)教育評估，畢業(yè)生獲得了提前參加全國注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師考試及英聯(lián)邦國家互認學歷的資格。土木工程專業(yè)為遼寧省示范專業(yè)。近50年來，學院共培養(yǎng)了近萬名本、專科生和研究生，為國家輸送了大批高級專業(yè)技術人才，為經(jīng)濟建設和社會發(fā)展做出了應有的貢獻。　　近五年來，學院在科研、教研立項、獲獎、發(fā)表論文等各個方面都取得了顯著的成績。承擔了包括國家自然科學基金項目、國家科技攻關項目、省自然科學基金項目、建設部科技攻關項目以及沈陽市科技局基金項目在內(nèi)的科研課題200余項，承擔國家、省、學校教研課題等20項。完成各類橫向課題110余項。經(jīng)費合計3500萬元，取得了豐碩的科研成果，多項課題的研究成果達到國際先進水平，部分研究成果處于國際水平，為指導工程實踐、修訂相關的結(jié)構(gòu)設計規(guī)范提供了理論依據(jù)。獲得國家、?。ú浚?、市科技進步獎55項，獲得國家級教學成果二等獎1項，省級教學成果一等獎1項，省級教學成果二等獎4項，三等獎3項。在國外期刊（國際會議論文集）、國家中文核心期刊等發(fā)表科研、教研論文400余篇，80多篇論文被SCI、EI等檢索機構(gòu)收錄。發(fā)表出版專著（編著、譯著）主編教材17部。1人獲得1次國家杰出人才基金，2人獲得遼寧省人才基金。學院開展了廣泛的國際學術交流，通過互訪、合作研究、召開國際會議等形式，與美國、芬蘭、日本、俄羅斯、韓國等國家及香港等地區(qū)20多所大學建立了合作關系。近五年來，學院有20多人次出席國際會議、到國外進行訪問研究或講學，邀請國外學者來院講學交流40余人次，有多人次擔任國際、國內(nèi)、省內(nèi)學術組織的負責人或理事（委員）?！　≡趪鴥?nèi)學術交流方面，學院與國內(nèi)多所大專院校、廠礦企業(yè)、設計（勘察）院、科研和生產(chǎn)單位建立了學術交流、科技合作和聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)關系，并聘請一批著名學者作為學院的名譽教授和兼職教授。學院還與有關設計（勘察）院、市政工程和建筑工程公司和其它生產(chǎn)單位進行了廣泛的合作，開創(chuàng)了產(chǎn)、學、研相結(jié)合、優(yōu)勢互補的新局面。通過舉辦科研報告會、聘請國內(nèi)外、學者來院為師生做學術報告，專題講座等學術活動，使學術氛圍更加濃厚　　沈陽建筑大學土木工程學院秉承“博學善建、厚德大成”校訓，發(fā)揚光榮傳統(tǒng)，團結(jié)奮斗，開拓創(chuàng)新，正朝著“爭先進，創(chuàng)”的目標奮進。

　　Engineeringtestcenterofcivilengineeringundertakesthescientificresearchitemsaswellasithastheabilityofconsulting,detection,testandevaluationattheaspectsofengineeringstructure,geotechnicalengineering,highwayandbridgeandundergroundengineering,etc..

　　Thecollegehasanenrollmentofmorethan2050undergraduatestudents,450doctorandmasterstudentsanditalsotraininternationalstudents.Thegraduationsachievethequalificationtojoinintheexamsofnationalregisteredconstructionengineerandbothschoolrecordofcommonwealthcountries.CivilengineeringisthedemonstrationprofessioninLiaoningProvince.CivilEngineeringCollegehastrainedthousandsofundergraduation,collegestudentsandmasterstudentsin60years.Collegehasprovidedmanyseniorprofessionalandtechnicaltalents,contributingtotheeconomicconstructionandsocialdevelopment.

　　Amongtheteachers,23areprofessors,31areviceassociateprofessorsand53haveachievedthePHDdegree;6aredoctoralsupervisors,and48aregraduatestudentsupervisors.Andthereare6committeemembersofNationalCivilEngineeringEducationSupervisingCommitteewhoenjoyspecialgovernmentallowance,andonceareselectedintoNationalNewCenturyBaiQianWanTalents,atthesametimegettingexcellentstaffsupportprogramofeducationdepartment;2havewonRenownedTeachersinLiaoningProvinceAward,6ProvincialYoungBackboneTeachers;and60teachersworkassuperintendentsortrustees(committeemembers)ofinternational,nationalorprovincialacademicorganizations.

　　IntheMillionsofTalentsProjectofLiaoningProvince,6areselectedintohundred-level,9areselectedintothousand-levelwhilemorethan40teachershavewonadvancedtitlessuchasOutstandingPartyMembersofnational,provincialormunicipallevel,ProminentTeachers,andExcellentScientificWorkersetc.

　　Thecollegehasestablishedcooperationrelationshipwithmorethan20universitiesincountriesandareaslikeAmerica,Finland,Japan,Russia,KoreaandHongKongetc.intheaspectsofscientificresearchandpersonneltrainingetc.Thecollegehasalsoestablishedrelationshipwithmanyuniversitiesandcolleges,industrialenterprises,designing(investigation)institutes,aswellasscientificresearchandmanufacturedepartmentsinourcountryintheaspectsofacademicexchange,scientificandtechnologycooperation,anddualculture.Atthesametime,ourcollegehasemployedanumberoffamousscholarstobetheHonoraryProfessorandAdjunctProfessor.
